Mango Mint Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango removed from the seed; 1 mango removed from the seed and cubed and set aside

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • large bunch of mint removed from stems

  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut chips and/or grain-free granola

Directions:

  • blend all ingredients except for the cubed mango

  • pour into a small bowl

  • Sprinkle the coconut and/or granola and spread the cubed mango on top

  • serves 1-2
