Hi, I’m Carla, Certified Master Nutrition Therapy Practitioner
As an advocate for women’s health, I provide science-based nutritional counseling for women, especially busy, dedicated mamas so they can be fully present for their families. With the application of data driven, functional testing, I can customize more targeted solutions, that get to the root of complex health issues. My mission is to support women to feel their best so they can give their best!
As a wife and mother to two boys, my own experience with pregnancy and entry into motherhood helped inspire what I do today. I was blessed with a community of supportive women that helped me navigate the challenges and celebrate the joys of motherhood permitting me an incredible oppotunity for self-growth.
Today, it’s my mission to provide support and guidance tailored to the unique nutritional needs of women. Whether you're a mother or not, thinking about becoming a mother, knee-deep in diapers, or an empty nester, my specialty is helping women (and their families) thrive.
From the magical moment of preconception to the transformative years of perimenopause, its my goal to empower women with the tools and resources needed to navigate their health journey within the context of family life.
I have a mother’s intuition and it guided me down a rebel road.

I have always felt pulled toward a holistic approach to life.
Just as the systems of our bodies work together in harmony and do not function in isolation, when one family member is unwell or unhappy, this impacts the entire family unit.
There’s so much more to true wellness than masking symptoms. There’s so much more to nourishing a healthy pregnancy than taking that little prenatal vitamin!
And the wellness of your family starts with YOU. It starts with the wellness and nourishment of you, Mom! When the caretaker is well-informed and able to nourish herself, this cascades to their families, as early as embryonic development to the habits learned by growing children.
Curious to learn how I approach women’s health?
Why am I uniquely qualified to help you reap wellness?
Having spent many years in early childhood education, I love the educational side of nutrition, informing both parents and children on healthy eating habits.
I’ve earned my Master Nutrition Therapy certification.

Certified Postpartum Doula
I’m a mom and this credential has taught me more than any other
My family is my foundation. I have a great support system and know how to help others foster synergy in their family space.
I followed my intuition and became a Certified Holistic Nutrition Therapist!
I was working as the Enrichment Program Director in a Waldorf School.
The school’s unique, holistic approach to education inspired a lot of my own framework. Education rooted in more than the typical schooling curriculum — centered around educating the mind and heart. I watched students grow and thrive through experiential learning, harnessing creativity, and developing deep moral values.
While in the midst of my career at the Waldorf school, immense tragedy struck my family.
After losing my father and sister to cancer in the same year, I was ready for a career change.
I embarked on a new path in holistic nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute.
Although I initially intended to pursue an education in Nutritional Oncology, my intuition led me elsewhere.
At the confluence of my extensive experience and training in Early Childhood Development and as a Postpartum Doula, I shifted my focus to women’s nutrition, centered on mamas.
I currently hold my Master Nutrition Therapy Certification, am Board Certified In Holistic Nutrition, and am a level 2 RWP
Dedicated to professional development, I continue to advance my knowledge and skillset so I can effectively support equally devoted moms to thrive.
In 2021, I became Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® - a credential which demonstrates that I have achieved the highest level of professional recognition (validating my knowledge and experience) in the holistic nutrition industry. Being Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® enables me to serve you with the best, most current research and advanced nutritional science. To maintain this designation, I am required to take part in and document numerous continuing education units every two years. Board certification proves that I am aware of and conduct my nutrition business within the legal scope of service and standards of professional conduct. I am very proud of this designation and it is my hope that the value it adds to your health journey is evident in every service I offer. I am a professional member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP).
