We take this step-by-step so you’re never overwhelmed or left guessing what to do next.

We’ll schedule an initial 90-minute session for a more in-depth exploration of your medical history, current health status, dietary and lifestyle. It's important for me to acquire as much information as possible so I can develop the best plan for you. You will leave this session with valuable tools and recommendations you can apply immediately. If you decide to move forward with a package, the cost of the intake is applied.

In order to meet these goals we'll conduct relevant comprehensive testing based on your specific health evaluation. and goals. Testing varies from comprehensive blood analysis, gut testing, hormones and food sensitivity testing. This will help assess deficiencies, imbalances, or food sensitivities that need to be addressed. You’ll have regular check-ins through weekly or biweekly virtual sessions, along with ongoing email support between sessions. This means you’re not left guessing or trying to figure things out on your own.
