What it looks like to work together…..

We take this step-by-step so you’re never overwhelmed or left guessing what to do next.

  • We’ll schedule an initial 90-minute session for a more in-depth exploration of your medical history, current health status, dietary and lifestyle. It's important for me to acquire as much information as possible so I can develop the best plan for you. You will leave this session with valuable tools and recommendations you can apply immediately. If you decide to move forward with a package, the cost of the intake is applied.

  • In order to meet these goals we'll conduct relevant comprehensive testing based on your specific health evaluation. and goals. Testing varies from comprehensive blood analysis, gut testing, hormones and food sensitivity testing. This will help assess deficiencies, imbalances, or food sensitivities that need to be addressed.   • This is where real change happens.

    We work together over time, typically a minimum of six months, so your body has the space to respond and heal without rushing the process.

    You’ll have regular check-ins through weekly or biweekly virtual sessions, along with ongoing email support between sessions. This means you’re not left guessing or trying to figure things out on your own.

    As your body responds, we adjust your plan as needed, so you continue making progress in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

Meet Carla Abate: Board Certified Holistic Nutrition

With a passion for women’s health and a deeply practical, family-centered approach, I provide science-based nutritional counseling for busy moms and their families, using data-driven functional testing to tailor targeted solutions that address the root cause of imbalance.

My mission is to empower women—whether navigating preconception or menopause, and everything in-between —to feel their best so they can show up fully for those they love. My qualifications include:

  • Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist (BCHN) from the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP)

  • Level 3 Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP-3) from Restorative Wellness Solutions

  • Certified Nutrition Therapist Master from the Nutrition Therapy Institute (NTI)

  • Postpartum Doula (CPD) certification from the Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA)

  • Master's degree in Counseling

These qualifications along with work experience in the field of Early Childhood Education have provided me a unique, integrated approach to wellness guided by science, compassion, and curiosity. As a wife and mother of two, I draw on personal experience as I guide other mothers along the journey toward radiant wellbeing and discovery of their best version of themselves. I strive to educate and empower these women to be a catalyst, modeling and fueling lasting healthy habits for the whole family.
