Lemon lavendar chia pudding

For all you mamas wanting a little treat — here is the recipe for lemon lavender chia pudding! More like dessert than breakfast, this creative flavor is easy to put together in just a few minutes.

Ingredients:

-1 cup coconut cream

-Half cup oat milk

-A quarter cup of Chia seeds

-Pinch of lavender flowers

-An eighth of a cup or half a large lemon juice

-1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions:

-Steep the lavender in gently boiling oat milk for 1-2 minutes, strain into a jar with the rest of the ingredients

-stir and refrigerate overnight -when ready to serve top with your favorite toppings (I like freeze dried blueberries and unsweetened coconut)

And you’re done!
