Chia Pudding

Ingredients

One 12 oz can coconut cream with liquid

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup Chia seed

  • 1/2 cup crushed Freeze-dried strawberries

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • Optional-1 TBSP Pure Maple syrup

Directions

Heat the coconut cream on low and mix in the almond milk

  • Add all other ingredients and stir to combine

  • Fill jars half-full with mixture and refrigerate for several hours

  • Serve topped with freeze-dried strawberries, toasted coconut chips or fresh fruit
